We were very pleasantly surprised by this place. This hotel offers a grand space, elegant and stylish. The staff here are super friendly and always willing to help with restaurant recommendations and directions. The location is perfect, just a 3-minute walk from the old town. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. we had a great value for our money and would highly recommend this hotel to all.

The place was absolutely perfect for my romantic getaway! the rooms were stunning, with a cozy and charming feeling that made us feel right at home. the balcony was a great addition to the comfy and intimate atmosphere. the food was delicious and we enjoyed a great variety of choices. the customer service was extraordinary, probably the best in the area. the hotel had a great location, close to the city center and we could easily go for a walk and admire the beautiful surroundings. We had such an amazing time that we will definitely come back again soon.
Although we had a great experience overall, we did notice two minor issues. We wished for a wider range of options for breakfast, as some of our favorites were missing.

The location of this hotel was excellent for exploring the city during the Christmas season. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the room was cleaned regularly. I appreciated the comfortable beds and the variety of breakfast options.
There were no toothbrushes or toothpaste, no tissues, and no hot drinks, which was a letdown during the winter season. the dim lighting in the room made it difficult to see.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff were extremely friendly, always ready to help and gave great recommendations for things to do around town. The room was spacious, with elegant and classy furniture. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. Breakfast was delicious with a great selection. Parking was convenient and easily accessible. This city was also very charming and had a lot to offer.
